As a Certified Massage Therapist since 2001, I help people live healthier lives through skilled bodywork. When you visit my comfortable office near downtown Campbell, we will discuss your unique body issues and tailor a massage session to address your needs.
I use a structural approach to find patterns of muscle tension or imbalance within your body. Then I incorporate various techniques I have learned in over 2000 hours of massage education to coax your body tissue into relaxation. My style follows your preference, from light and soothing to deep and challenging.
There are no contracts; you simply pay for each visit, or you may purchase a discounted series package (for current rates, please visit https://massage4health.net/rates/ ). New clients receive $10 off the standard session price at their first visit. I am available by appointment on Monday, Wednesday, Friday, and Saturday.
Nationally Certified Massage Therapist, CAMTC #4679
Dr. Erin completed her Doctor of Acupuncture and Oriental Medicine (DAOM) degree with a specialty in Cosmetic Acupuncture. She created a proven cellulite-reduction therapy treatment protocol utilizing Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) and Anti-Aging Inside + Out. Cosmetic acupuncture provides a host of other benefits to the body, in addition to eliminating the appearance of cellulite, acne scars, fine lines, wrinkles, and sun damage. Her services include Facial Rejuvenation, Collagen Induction Acupuncture, as well as Traditional Chinese Medicine and Acupuncture.
In her general practice, she treats anxiety, stress, pain and insomnia using acupuncture, herbal formulas and nutrition. She has been in private practice for the last five years, in addition to having studied abroad in China, where she shadowed doctors who use TCM as their standard way of medicine in hospitals abroad. She was fascinated to learn how many people use acupuncture as primary care.
She makes sure to tell her patients, “There is no quick fix for good health. Anti-aging and preventative care are lifestyle commitments, both internally and externally.” She is committed and passionate about helping you on this journey of a longer, healthier life. In fact, when off the clock, you can find Dr. Erin looking for plant-based eateries, walking her dogs or relaxing with friends. She strives to practice what she teaches by living a balanced and healthy lifestyle.

One-on-one session between myself and the child or adult
Recommended for person ages 8+
Session with parent/caregiver and child together
Recommended for children ages 0-8+
Having a parent/caregiver actively engage in session with the child means that the child has access to resources and interventions 24/7 since the parent can continue to utilize them to support the child in between sessions.
The relationship/family is the “client” and sessions might address roles, relational qualities, stressors, and expectations within the family system which may contribute to negative experiences or problematic behaviors or patterns.
One-on-one session with myself and someone integral to the care or support of the child in order to enhance the child’s service provision. So this is a one-on-one without the child present but still focused on the child.
Session between parent/adult/caregiver and therapist (child does not participate). 60 minutes.
You might come away with an intervention to try or with a different perspective of the problem itself and how best to address the underlying need being communicated through the behavior.
